Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, offering effective solutions.
• Fit and install various fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and bathtubs in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, detecting malfunctions and resolving them quickly.
• Collaborate with property managers and clients to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any follow-up required.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues such as leaks or blockages.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plumber with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications and licenses in plumbing.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
