Key Responsibilities:

Creation and Design of Visual Content:

Develop and produce both digital and print materials, such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, newsletters, and promotional content for the clinic. Generate design concepts that meet project requirements and conceptualize visuals that support marketing objectives.

Collaboration with the Marketing Team:

Engage closely with the marketing team to guarantee that all designs align with the clinic’s branding and communication strategies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Design and Update Website Graphics:

Create and refresh website graphics, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for visitors. Ensure that web content is attractive and adheres to design specifications for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Management of Multiple Design Projects:

Oversee several design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and adhering to client specifications. Prioritize tasks according to project timelines and business requirements.

Development of Branding Elements:

Create brand guidelines, logos, and other critical components to strengthen the company’s brand identity. Ensure uniformity in branding across all channels, including print, digital, and in-store promotional materials.

Awareness of Design Trends and Technology:

Stay informed about design trends and the latest software technologies, particularly within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Incorporate new design tools and trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Preparation of Design Layouts for Printing:

Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure quality control over final products. Review designs for accuracy before printing or publishing.

Review and Revise Designs as Needed:

Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or the marketing team, ensuring the highest quality before finalizing materials.

Requirements:

• Developing design briefs and proposals with other designers and creatives: If you work for a design or creative agency, you’re likely to spend part of your time contributing towards proposals to help win new business for the company.

• Meeting clients to understand project briefs: It’s usually necessary to meet with clients at the outset of a project and to schedule regular meetings to discuss your progress.

• Researching concepts and creating mock-ups of designs: You may spend some of your time producing mock-ups of proposed designs, either at the proposal stage or in the early stages of working with a client on a new project.

• Designing multimedia content using various platforms, software and equipment: You’re likely to spend the majority of your time creating designs and multimedia content to meet a client brief. You might work on a single element of a design project, or you might oversee the production of several elements or all of a multimedia project.

• Creating special effects for video games or films: Another area multimedia designers can work in is producing visual effects and graphics for use in video games or films.

• Presenting completed artwork and projects to clients: You may present your work to clients upon completion of a project, or you may provide work to clients as you complete it, receive feedback and make changes before re-sending it for approval.

• Evaluating projects and recording feedback: After completing a project, it’s typical for designers and creatives to meet to evaluate the project, discuss what went well and what didn’t, and what they can learn for future projects.
