Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and electrical control systems.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to ensure safety and functionality.
• Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow building regulations to plan electrical systems.
• Install electrical fixtures and ensure all installations comply with local and national safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure electrical systems are operating efficiently.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Collaborate with property managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to properties.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an electrician with knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods.
• Valid electrician’s license and certifications.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, building codes, and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
